This privacy policy includes all the details about the data collected in the ICCP app and how it’s used. This app is developed and maintained by the Islamic Community Center of Potomac (ICCP).

• Photo and Document Uploads: Users may upload photos or documents when filling out the Zakat form. These uploads are used only for verification of form submissions and are not shared with third parties.


• Optional Data Sharing: Users can voluntarily share certain data through in-app features, such as form confirmations. Sharing is entirely optional and under the user’s control.


• Email (Future Feature): If account creation or login is implemented in future updates, emails may be collected for contact, support, or license verification. Emails will not be shared with third parties.


• Name and Photo (Future Feature): If users sign in via Google or other accounts, the app may display the user’s name and photo for a personalized experience. These are never shared with third parties.

Anonymous Usage Data Policy

The ICCP app may collect anonymous usage data. This information does not include your device’s unique identification numbers or any personal or sensitive data unless you explicitly provide it within an open form.

Usage patterns and interactions within the app are analyzed to understand which features and sections are used most frequently. This helps us improve the app’s performance and user experience by focusing on the most valuable features for our users.
